Small App Planning Blueprint

For small apps and tools only, e.g. a booking app, simple client portal, calculator, small dashboard, or a single-purpose web or mobile app. If the Blueprint shows the project is bigger than a small app, we decline the build and you keep the Blueprint.

Planning document only. NOT the software.

Not offered: large business systems in any industry, such as full ERP, stock, inventory or production management, POS systems, multi-company or multi-branch operations platforms, marketplaces, complex multi-system integrations, banking, medical records or live GPS tracking. If your project is one of these, the form below declines it and no payment is taken.

You get a written scope, screen list, separate build quote (valid 14 days, not binding until the build deposit is paid), estimated timeline and third-party cost list by email, usually within 5 working days. You keep the document either way. The Blueprint fee is credited against the build if you accept the build quote within 60 days. Build payments (separate): 40% deposit, 30% at staging, 30% before launch.

Looking for a booking app, online ordering, client portal, quote and invoice tool, loyalty card, job cards, class bookings, CRM, event tickets or staff roster? Get a ready-made app from R6,950 instead. No Blueprint needed.
